Visiting Teaching Reports

I found two blogs that shared their Visiting Teaching Reports Forms.

1. Tierrasanta Relief Society
2. inkablinka
I like the idea of having this tools in reporting our visiting teaching report. Because it has always been my problem how to report. And this would be a great help for the Visiting Teaching Supervisor! :-)

From these ideas, I made improved Visiting Teaching Report that serves the need of our ward.

Our Stake Relief Society Presidency requires us to report on number of Sisters who visit teach, go to the temple, have 72 Hours Kit, do scripture study and gardening. The Visiting Teachers can know the sisters they visit teach if they do but we remind them to be extra careful in asking or if you already know don't have to ask because this might be offensive to them. We wanted to ask more inspiration on how to careful manage this kind of situation.

I found this very inspiring...

Through the help of reports from visiting teachers, the Relief Society presidency identifies those who have special needs because of physical or emotional illness, emergencies, births, deaths, disability, loneliness, or other challenges. The Relief Society president then reports her findings to the bishop. Under his direction, she coordinates assistance.2
